How does Instant booking work?

Any of the above published programs can be booked instantly. It’s super easy!

You need to select the date and the number of people travelling after clicking the “Book now” button of the hotel category you are interested in. Please read the Inclusions / Exclusion list before filling your credit card information.

If you are able to book a package through our system, your trip is confirmed and you only have to wait for us coming back to you with the specific name of the hotel and to double check some of your personal details, if needed / missing.

Your package includes accommodation and services where indicated. You can read the list of the included services in the website or once you are ready to pay in the booking page.

Once you have bought your package/s, one person of our staff will reach you to the contact email you have submitted in the purchase order. We will contact you in order to confirm you the specific hotel you are staying at and to check if any personal detail is missing so as to finalize the booking of your trip.

Yes, we will do that, but in order to do so, we will need the full details of your flights (international and domestic). If you need help to book these items, please contact us.  

If you received a specific promo code that allows you to have a discount you can copy the name in the Paying Stage in the corresponding field and the system will adjust the final price before proceeding. 

We accept Credit Card payments.

Yes, you can! However, penalty fees may apply; check our Terms & Conditions page. 

If applying, we will refund the corresponding money to your credit card, other fees may apply. Please check with them if in doubt.  

Between 24 and 48 working hours maximum, it can be faster too. We will do our best.
