A continuaci\u00f3n algunos platos tradicionales de las regiones andinas de estos pa\u00edses.<\/p>\n<h3>Gastronom\u00eda boliviana<\/h3>\n<h4 style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><strong>Anticucho<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">El anticucho, una popular comida callejera, consiste en brochetas de coraz\u00f3n de ternera u otras carnes, asadas a la parrilla y servidas con papas y una salsa picante de cacahuetes.
